"As a lover of Thai food I have tried many restaurants all over Washington State. Bai Tong is by far the best Tai restaurant I’ve found. The food is simply amazing. Vegetables are flavorful; meats are succulent and the tofu silken and firm. But the curries and sauces are the true stars of this dining experience. The devotion to authentic Tai cooking and attention to quality ingredients are brought together in a relaxing casual atmosphere that is suitable for either family dining or a casual date. Diners will also be pleased with very reasonable prices. For those that live in Seattle, the only drawback is its location, just north of the SeaTac airport. For true Tai lovers its well worth the trek. " - SV
