"Both Pho 79 locations are excellent...the original on Nicolett and the one off of 280 and Energy Park Drive in St Paul. The Buns are delicious (Bun with Spring Roll...a vermicelli salad with spring rolls) is the best, the Pho is excellent. Cozy, cheap, and very true to Vietnamese tradition. St Paul looks newer and cleaner than the Mpls location, but both are friendly if lacking in atmosphere other than Vietnamese diner. Try it once...go there often! " - MMiller
