"I don't know what Mr. Armstrong was talking about. Unless you are expecting the quintessential over-sized portions (in which case i suggest McDonalds) then this place is perfect. The portions aren't too small. The food is delicious! I suggest the lemongrass soup and the Blue River Roll. This place is definitely a 10 out of 10 and I've been to the best of the best.
