"I was part of a group of eight who dined at Castle Hill before a graduation ceremony. My meal came after everyone else was 3/4 finished with their meal. No apology, nothing. To top if off, because of the size of the group, the tip was figured in automatically. I couldn't even voice my disappointment with the service by leaving a smaller tip than would have been expected. The food is great, but I probably won't return for a meal because of the poor service." - Janet Espinosa
