"My experience with this restaurant has been awesome. I have referred most of my work colleagues there and they all have had a terrific experience except one of them. I am a regular at this joint. My only negative was when I had to stand unseated for over 10 mins because they were busy serving others during lunch. I expressed my dissatisfaction because there were available seats and there was no need to have stood there for so long and they were apologetic. This has been my negative so far." - mabel awuku

"Overall very good.rating. Ordered Panang Beef and two orders of tom kha gai. Person on the phone was very polite and pleasant, even initially pointing out that two orders of soup were unneccesary as one order was enough for two people [I wanted to save an order at my office] Delivery was within the 45minutes promised, and though not cheap at $23.00, the food itself was very good. "For years this has been one of our favorite restaurants. We have never had a bad moment with Satay House and enjoy their serene inhouse dining. We also use them for take home when guests stop by. Despite being tucked into a strip mall, the environment is nice and the dining experience is worth the visit." - Carrie

"We have been weekly regulars at Satay House for several years and always have an exceptional dining experience. The atmosphere is relatively quiet, with tastefully done decor, excellent service and the best Thai food we have eaten anywhere. Evenings there is never a wait for a table/booth which make it great for a quiet, romantic dinner. "This place is the best place ever!! They are quick to prepare take out and delivery. They are willing to tell you about anything on the menu. They are great with big groups. "I had the worst experience in my life with this restaurant. We were 3 adults & a 2 year old. We ordered 4 roti canai(I am a big fan of roti canai) and a pineapple fried rice . The waiter accepted our order. After 5 min he came back and said that we have to order another entree because we r 4 people or we need to pay $3/plate if we share the fried rice. I have never heard about such rule before. We did not want to order more. So we left. When leaving I said you should put this "RULE" in the menu or on the door. The guy in the front desk said you guys must need to go to McDonalds if you want to eat cheap. This is ridiculous. We ordered more than $25 worth of food and we dont want to order more and waste it. Please don't give any business to this restaurant." - Raj
