"In the past couple of years, there have been numoerous new Thai places that have opened up! Even though their decor ranges way more superior to Lemongrass, I still think that the Lemongrass has a very authentic feel that the newer places lack. Other places seem to hire young cooks and workers on their staff to try to make it a more "hip" feel, but it doesn't give you an authentic Thai dining experience. The food at Lemongrass is amazing and they have a lot of real Thai cooks, so you are actually getting real Thai food! Recently, they seemed to have stepped their game up a bit with new paint, decorations and approaches, as I was told by some of the enthusiastic employees. I really think they stay original and true to their mission of authentic Thai cuisine! My favorite is the Pad Kee Mao and the panang curry is excellent! " - Staci
