"Just want to make a comment to those who posted earlier saying that this restaurant is not "authentic" thai. Well, this is the US and if a restaruant is purely thai authentic, no one will be able to eat it. I've been to many thai restaurants, and as they claimed themselves to be "authentic", well, it's somehow fusioned. I have tasted "authentic" thai in Thailand, and i don't like it, because the taste is way too spicy and too strong for the American taste bud. so, overall, i think Thai Bamboo serves pretty good decent thai food. i highly recommended. "Thai Bamboo Bistro should be ashamed of themselves for committing fraud. This should not be called a Thai restaurant! They misuse all ingredients and mistakenly calls it Thai food. Whoever has eaten there and thinks they are eating Thai food are wrong. Hopefully, more Americans are more familiar with REAL thai food and will recognize it's real taste.
